South Korean shoppers are snapping up sea salt and other items as worry grows about their safety with Japan dumping more than 1 million metric tons of nuclear-contaminated wastewater from a wrecked nuclear power plant into the sea.

據(jù)CNN報(bào)道，韓國(guó)鹽業(yè)制造協(xié)會(huì)的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，韓國(guó)鹽價(jià)飆升了40%以上。嚴(yán)重的海鹽短缺，導(dǎo)致政府不得不從官方儲(chǔ)備中釋放海鹽，以穩(wěn)定價(jià)格。

The shortages were so acute that the government was forced to release sea salt from its official reserves to stabilize salt prices, which have soared more than 40% since April, according to the country’s salt manufacturing association.

國(guó)內(nèi)一些地區(qū)也刮起“搶鹽潮”

在國(guó)內(nèi)，也有不少地區(qū)發(fā)生食鹽搶購(gòu)現(xiàn)象。

據(jù)揚(yáng)州新聞廣播報(bào)道，江蘇揚(yáng)州一些超市里，購(gòu)買食鹽的市民明顯增多。不少購(gòu)買食鹽的市民稱，雖然知道食鹽保質(zhì)期只有3年，但是看到其他人買了，也就“跟風(fēng)”囤一些。

據(jù)福州新聞網(wǎng)消息，福州目前部分超市出現(xiàn)食鹽搶購(gòu)情況，一些門店生活食鹽賣斷貨。

另外，多個(gè)生鮮電商平臺(tái)上，低鈉鹽、無碘鹽顯示“缺貨”“補(bǔ)貨中”。一位消費(fèi)者表示：“一款低鈉鹽一分鐘前看還有貨，再一滑就顯示缺貨了?！?/p>

中鹽集團(tuán)：不要盲目搶購(gòu)！

針對(duì)“搶鹽潮”現(xiàn)象，中國(guó)鹽業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司24日晚發(fā)布聲明。

中鹽集團(tuán)表示，我國(guó)對(duì)食鹽實(shí)行定點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)管理，我國(guó)食鹽來源主要分為三類：井礦鹽、湖鹽、海鹽。當(dāng)前我國(guó)的食鹽產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)占比為井礦鹽87%、海鹽10%、湖鹽3%，井礦鹽和湖鹽生產(chǎn)均不受日本核污染影響。

China National Salt Industry Group has called for rational buying of salt products given that well salt and lake salt are the primary proportion of salt products in China, in response to the panic buying behaviors affected by Japan's nuclear pollution.

The main salt products in China are well salt, lake salt and sea salt, according to the group, which is primarily responsible for ensuring the supply and quality safety of the salt market in the country. At present, 87 percent salt products in China are well salt, 10 percent are sea salt and 3 percent are lake salt. The production of well salt and lake salt is not affected by Japan's nuclear pollution, said the group.

針對(duì)部分區(qū)域市場(chǎng)發(fā)生食鹽搶購(gòu)，電商及部分商超渠道有短時(shí)缺貨現(xiàn)象，中鹽集團(tuán)表示，正在加速生產(chǎn)、配送，全力以赴保障市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)。目前，食鹽儲(chǔ)備供應(yīng)充足，請(qǐng)社會(huì)各界理性消費(fèi)，不要盲目搶購(gòu)。

"We are working overtime to produce and deliver, and are fully committed to ensuring market supply. Please buy salt products rationally and avoid panic buying," according to the statement.
